On-Call Customer Experience Specialist

Be the friendly face welcoming travelers at Newark Airport! Help with questions, resolve issues, and assist with airport changes while representing the Port Authority positively.
We're seeking candidates available On-Call 4-5 days per week, including one Saturday or Sunday per week, with shift start times from 3:30am through 10:30pm.
