On Thursday, October 30th the EWRR Outreach team collaborated with Council of Airport Opportunity (CAO) to host ERMC Aviation for a Microjob Fair for Airport Customer Experience Specialist (ACES) at the Newark Outreach Office. Invited 80 local job seekers. Upon ERMC’s review, prospective candidates were offered on-the-spot interviews. Out of the 80 local job seekers, ERMC reported more than 10 prospective hires to be moved to round two interviews.
