The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, along with New Terminal One and JFK Millennium Partners present the winners of the JFK Redevelopment Art & Poster Contest.
In an effort to beautify public areas impacted by construction activities, local student artists were invited to create posters representing "Aviation With a Queens Sense of Place." Students in Grades 6 - 12 in the ZIP codes closest to JFK Airport were eligible
to participate. Posters were evaluated based on: creativity, originality, technique, use of color and presentation.
